Logo Durability Notice

• While we make every effort to ensure maximum durability of our custom UV-printed hockey pucks, please note that using custom pucks for game play will result in wear and damage to the logo.

• The abrasive surface of the ice, combined with intense compression from slapshots, skate blades, boards, and other in-game impacts, creates an extremely harsh environment for any printed surface.

• For this reason, custom pucks are best suited for ceremonial puck drops, warm-ups, keepsakes, awards, giveaways, and fundraising, where the artwork can be preserved.

• The level of play at which a puck is used will also impact how long a logo remains visible. Higher levels of competition involve greater shot velocity, harder passes, increased ice contact, and more frequent skate and board contact, all of which accelerate wear.

• For reference, it is widely noted that during an NHL game, a printed logo on a puck may last as little as 4–6 minutes under live game conditions.

• Due to the wide range of environments and conditions a puck may encounter, we cannot guarantee how long a custom puck can be used for game play before the logo shows signs of wear or damage.

• Each puck is hand-wiped with a specialized surface-prep solution to enhance adhesion before applying our durable UV-cured ink, helping ensure the strongest possible bond between the artwork and the puck surface.
